We had a great competition, we had several really good designs. What impressed us with Kangkinpark was not only the design but also the follow up. After we selected the winner we had several rounds of changes, additions, and corrections. There was never any complaining and the work was alway excellent. I will hire him again without hesitation. PlayDHD is about, well, Play and ADHD! Let me repeat....Play and ADHD
ADHD is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder - sometimes known as ADD.
PlayDHD's target audience is adults with ADHD. We are trying to appeal in particular to males in their late 30s to early 50s who are in professional or corporate work situations. Our audience tends to be well educated, creative, and frustrated. ADHD creates frustrations in regards to attention, motivation, and interest. Play is a "cure" for this. Getting adults to "take a break" and see play as productive is one of our goals. Our site is intended to be educational and, obviously, fun. Do not confine your ideas to the "preferred logo types." We are looking for creativity, movement, amusement, and inspiration in our logo

Our site is in the midst of being redesigned. An image of the header area on the home page is inserted above to give an idea of color, feel and layout.
Clarity, originality, and messaging are critical. Humor is a bonus. Aim for simplicity in images and messaging. When you look at our current logo, one of my biggest problems with it is that the swing is stagnant. Thinking about marketing to involves connecting with them on an emotional level. Grabbing their attention quickly with a clear message is also important.
Please attend to the need to identify that the name of our organization is a combination of Play and ADHD. If you don't know about the struggles of ADHD - ask me or read about it.
