We are a Mexican human resources consulting group making our first entry into the B2C space. For that, we are developing a new brand (UPSKILL) to reach out to our customer base. Our goal is to offer support to everyone looking for help with their career objectives - be it starting a career (students and recent graduates), making a career change (looking for a promotion / switching jobs), or looking for their next step (unemployed job search / entrepreneurship / early retirement). We offer personalized, 1-on-1 consulting that includes assessments, CV / LinkedIn / Social Media reviews, interview and negotiation training amongst other career-related services.

During these challenging times, a large part of the push to release a B2C service was to offer support to the large number of people that will be forced into a career transition due to the imminent massive job cuts we will experience in the country. We have plans under way to work with NGOs and non-profits in Mexico to assist those in difficult situations who do not have the resources to seek professional help in their job search - part of our profits will be dedicated to this initiative.
