About us
Wir begleiten Menschen in Führungspositionen / Unternehmer:innen auf ihrem Weg in einen ganzheitlich gesunden Business-Alltag. Leicht umsetzbar, flexibel und auf die jeweilige Person abgestimmt. Als Basis dafür nutzen wir unter anderem das Wissen aus jahrtausendealten Lehren wie Ayurveda und Yoga und verknüpfen es mit wissenschaftlichen Ansätzen aus Sportwissenschaft und Psychologie sowie mit Wissen aus der Neuzeit, wie zB Human Design. Unsere Zielgruppe erhält somit einen leicht anwendbaren Leitfaden für individuelle Bewegungseinheiten, gesunde und vollwertige Nahrung und ein auf ganzheitliche Gesundheit ausgerichtetes Mindset in einem hektischen und anspruchsvollen Business-Alltag.

Es gibt aktuell noch keinen Namen für das Unternehmen. Wir sind jedoch offen für alle Vorschläge. :-) Wir bezeichnen uns nicht als klassische Yogalehrer:innen / Fitnesstrainer:innen etc., sondern sehen uns als Health Entrepreneurs im High Price Segment. Unsere Werte sind: Freiheit, Gesundheit, Ganzheitlichkeit, Dynamik, Flexibilität, Individualität Unser Unternehmen ist vorrangig auf Online-Begleitungen ausgerichtet und orientiert sich weniger am Offline-Setting. Das angefügte Bild zeigt das Sternzeichen Wassermann - uns würde es gefallen, wenn man Wellenlinien in das Logo integrieren könnte.
