About us
"FärBär" is a small business in the textile industry that produces hand-dyed yarns, especially wool and silk. The target audience for "FärBär" is predominantly female and aged between 25 and 65 years. "Färbär" is a wordplay or a compound word derived from the German word "Färber," which translates to "dyer" in English, and the surname of the company founder, "Bärtschiger." The German word "Bär" translates to "bear" in English. "FärBär" can be written in both uppercase and lowercase letters or only in uppercase letters. The umlaut (the 2 dots) must be visible above the two "A"s. It can be written with dots or with a dash "-". The logo can be a simple wordmark or designed as a combination of words and an image. For the image, as an idea, it could play with the concept of a "bear," but the image should be abstract and stylized. The overall design of the logo should be kept simple.
