Attorney & Law
We deal with personal injury claims in the UK. Our aim is to provide information for visitors and they can contact us to make a claim if they wish.
We're looking for a design or two that we can test against each other to improve conversions. Although we are looking for an increase in conversion, we are also looking for a design that is fun, easy to use and looks professional. We have no problem if you'd like to use some sort of cartoons/imagery, but we often find that stock art can look tacky if its too generic. We have the 5 colours which we use throughout the site, but really we are open to any designs or new angles people would like to explore. Please use the content and links on the homepage for the designs.
Elements to include in the landing page
Just include everything on the homepage. Lead gen is done with the form and phone numbers. Content and navigation is about it from there.
Just try to make a fun, easy to use site with great conversion. Not much to ask! lol I've included a presentation pdf that we got done for the original branding. Feel free to use some of this if you want, but as I say, we're looking for something a bit different to test against. ***************ADDED Also, I've added a call to action video we had created. If you'd like to integrate this into the design, or do one version with and another without, feel free to work away. ************ ADDED AGAIN Just a bit of overall feedback, you don't have to use the colours we have in the current design, but if you do, you don't need to put it all over the design. Using them just as accent colours are fine, if you even decide to use them. Also, don't worry about taking the navigation text .etc. as word for word. if you think something will look better, go for it. Also, I know there are a lot of links in the body of the homepage. If you think it will look better, feel free just to use the main headings, and if we have something to make the sublinks expandable or show/hide that would be fine. *************************** SOME WEBSITE REVIEWS Here are some random sites. I did a review of everything I like/dislike from them. Hope this helps! http://academy.degordian.com/ The section titled: "Improve your Tourism Strategy with Digital" Does a really good job of making a block of text more interesting. Could work really well with our body content. Love the contrasts of sizes/colours/fonts band background colour. Has a nice balance of professional but fun. Don't really like how the sections flow into one another. I think it would be better to have a more defined line between each section. http://designarethemes.net/themes/html/yunik/ This site has well separated sections, and I do like the contrasting background colours in each section, bvut I'#m not sure if the dark would work well with our site. Could do, would as I say, just not sure. http://www.keskisuomalainen.com/fi/ I love the animated people/charts/stats section. This could be a really good way to display some of our stats and reduce the text on the page, and make it easier for the user to absorb the information. http://bitpublimedia.ro/themeforest/diamond-wp/ The text too small and design too bland. Very monotonous, and wouldn't keep the attention of the visitor for too long. https://www.payfriendz.com/#Main-Page Dont want movie/pictures at the top, but like when you scroll down and parts are animated coming in, but not sure how well taht would work for our site in practise. Video is integrated well (could work well with our video). Not super fussed on the fonts - a little too bland http://designarethemes.net/themes/html/yunik/ I like the big impact of the homepage, but again not sure of the iamge in background. A good call to action of some design might work better. I like how the top navigation abr changes as you scroll down. Font's aren't bad either.
