Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
i am a yacht broker. this illustration is to cover the front of a postcard to be mailed to owners of waterfront properties. we are looking for boat owners who have tired of their boats and want to sell them and/or boat owners who want to sell their present vessel for either a larger or more suitable one.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
6"x11" to 4" x 6" (landscape) conveying the message you will find on the attached storyboard and my comments in other.. i have several contests going there will eventually be 4 contests total in the immediate future.
MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT GLOBAL MESSAGE TO ALL DESIGNERS/CONTEST DISCUSSION.I would much prefer the cleverness of a "vacuum Cleaner" yacht but would entertain other "sucking up" ideas such as the front /bottom front of the yacht morphed into e.g. a tooth filled shark's mouth. or some other idea conveying the digestion, sucking up etc. of $100 bills.
noblegreek0 — 1 day, 1 hour agoContest holderi have uploaded sample architecture for background in case want/need i don't want to over describe and so limit your imagination. this is the hardest contest of the four. the subject yacht must not only look like a yacht but also have a bow resembling the suction portion of a vacuum cleaner. looking at the visual the reader will see not only a yacht but the hint of a vacuum cleaner which is sucking $100 bills out of a turned out pants pocket while the boat owner looks on with dismay./consternation. it should be clear that the boat is docked by the owners dock and there should be cobwebs at least between boat and dock and maybe in random spots on the boat. the boats name should be clearly visible and read "Negative Equity". i will upload very rough storyboard and some photos of florida waterfront architecture and boats. also see representative yachts by googling viking bertram or hatteras yachts
