Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Travel lacrosse tournament located in suburban Philadelphia, PA. In 3 years, we have grown from 28 teams, to a sold-out capacity, 82 teams. We host over 4,000 families in the two-day, weekend event. Teams of ages 4th grade - 11th grade attend, which means the audience is broad. Design should heavily consider professionalism, as many players use the event as a college recruiting venue. Current website: http://www.meltdownlax.com (which is undergoing major design renovations). Designers interested in taking part in the re-design should visit here to submit concept: http://99designs.com/web-design/con…ent-132468
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Evolve our simple 'stick figure' logo/character into more poses so that he can be used in a variety of applications. The original figure is attached, but we'd like to add some personality to him, and use him in a diverse set of branding opportunities. His demeanor should be confident. You have some creative freedom to do with him what you like---but we want to keep the basic framework of a stick figure, simple. Attached are several example typical 'lacrosse poses' that he could and should be morphed into. The more the better!
Final images should be vector-based, and in adobe illustrator file format. Designers should construct images so that a different fill-color or gradient can be used.
