Well deserved winner of my contest.
Managed to send in a very impressive first design, exactly in the style I asked for.
Supplied also a very good "after sales service" as I requested some tweaked versions of the design for different purposes, which wasn't a problem at all.
Made my vision come alive. Great designer to work with.

UPDATED 5/23/16: I've uploaded what the final file dimensions should be for the artwork. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
UPDATE: 5.19.16: I uploaded a hand holding an apple with a bandaid. This is an image our people identify with so maybe an outline of this would be a good graphic element to use. I also uploaded a sample of one of our conference designs from 3 years ago that incorporated a brick wall. The owner really liked this campaign and the brown brick wall. If you can show as much of the brick wall and keep the graphic elements center and top for SELFIES. People will be taking pictures in front of this wall.
update 5.17: The name of the conference should be clearly visible "Wild On Wounds"
I've attached specs for a STEP AND REPEAT. We are looking to create a 4-panel step and repeat in a graffiti design. I've attached a SAMPLE ONLY image of what we are looking for but we need to incorporate our logo and the words "Wound Care Rocks" and in another area "I Heal Wounds". The step and repeat needs to look like it's on a BRICK WALL with actual graffiti on it.
Regarding symbols you can use for the graffiti: select positive symbols that relate to healing or peace. We are a very diverse group so multi colored hands that reflect racial harmony? FOCAL point should be in the center and should reflect WOW or Wild On Wounds. Logo can be used as a graphic element. Incorporate words such as:
"Wound Care Rocks" (should stand out)
"I Heal Wounds" (secondary or filler words)
"Passion to heal!" (secondary or filler words)
"Knock the slough off" (secondary or filler words)
Attachments: specs for 2 panels but we are doubling up to 4 panels; sample image; company logo. Questions can be directed to: email@example.com.
LOGO: You can use the WOW without the apple. The apple is highly symbolic to our group and can be used as a graphic element. The entire thing needs to look like graffiti but beautiful.
