Windows 10 Desktop App: Design Splash Screen and Tile for 2 Software

We design and manufacture high tech robots ("autosamplers") that are used with scientific instruments. They are used from laboratories in the field of: pharma, petroleum, food, water & soil protection. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT INVOLVED WITH MEDICAL/CLINICAL LABORATORY http://www.hta-it.com/

We have 2 software that run on PC (Windows): -HTA Autosampler Manager -HTAPREP For each of them we need the tiles (also knows as the new "icons" for Windows 10) and splash screen to match Windows 10 style. In particular for each software we need: A) Splash screen B) Tiles in 5 sizes: 71x71 150x150 310x150 310x310 44x44 **** TILES If you need additional info about tiles please check here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/controls-and-patterns/tiles-and-notifications-app-assets **** SPLASH SCREEN It should also include some contents like: - software name, - warning: " This program is protected by copyright laws. (c) 2016. HTA s.r.l. All rights reserved". The splash screen should be more sophisticated vs. tiles because it is much bigger. About dimension: Scale Image size (pixels) 1x 620 x 300 1.4x 868 x 420 1.8x 1116 x 540 ****************** Deliverable for "HTA Autosampler Manager" should be submitted in 3 color variations because we have 3 software edition. For "HTAPREP" only 1 color variation is fine Deliverable should be in .ai or .psd format + PNG

Family-style: because all software are done by us a clear family style among tiles and splash screen of the different software should be present *** What above software does?
