The designer was easy to work with and more than happy to make tweaks to the icons to make them work with our project.

We are a publisher of Biblical board and card games. Our target audience is board gamers with a large subset of the gamers being from a Christian background.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We are a publisher of Biblical board and card games and our next release is a deduction/detective style card game involving the disciples. The character artwork has been completed but the icons used on the cards themselves have not. Right now we are using temporary icons on the cards, they will give you an idea how the icons will be used (see Sample Card attached).
All but one icon will be no bigger than 1/2 inch tall/wide, the last one will be about 1 inch tall/wide. The icons need to be simple but different enough from each other that they will not be confused across a table. This is important since players will not see the cards in their own hand but players can instead only see what cards are in other players hands (the icons face out from a player). What actual icons will need to be designed are listed in the attached document with a screenshot of what temporary icon I used while designing the game for what idea I am trying to convey.
For style, they will go on cards that will resemble a police dossier so use that as an influence. The character art in the sample card might also help guide your design.
I don't expect all 15 of the icon designs to be submitted for the contest, just 2 or 3 to give me an idea of your style and the rest can be completed after winning the contest.
