Gym Life needs a brand new App Icon (Over 500,000 users)

Gym Life is an App for iOs (iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch) that helps people manage their workout routines ad guides them during the workout sessions. The App can be downloaded here: https://apps.apple.com/it/app/gym-life-scheda-palestra/id1039370458

Recently I have been asked by Apple to change my App Icon because it contains a dumbbell logo that is identical to another App. I have A/B Tested a completely different icon style with different color and a twisted G, but is not performing well. I would like to go back to the previous stile (yellow fluo background with a black dumbbell or something related to the Gym). In attachment you can find the previous icon that i have been asked to change (the yellow one) and the new icon that i'm using right now and is not performing well (the white one). I have purchased the dumbbell design from depositphotos and another app is using the same design, i would like to change it with a different dumbbell or something related to Gym and working out.
