Pazzi di Vita need a great cover for Facebook

I would like a cover where is illustrate the positivity of fears. Understanding and try to explore our fears, instead of hide them, is the way to increase our self awareness. The colours of my logo are red, white and black, so if is possibile I would like you use them. An idea could be this one: put in the cover differente action that we can do to face our fears. Like do yoga, speak with a stranger, learn to listen to ourselves, change our habits, follow our passions, read and travel more, broke the chains of prejudice, show our emotions without embarrassment, go beyond our limits, learn to ask help and share our opinion, learn to live here and now. Another idea could be this one: I like the concept "explore fears". So in the cover you can illustrate an explorer with his instruments during a trip and the writting: "Esplora le tue paure, inizia il tuo viaggio su Pazzi di Vita".

In the cover I would like my website (www.pazzidivita.com), and icons to listen to my podcast (itunes, spreaker, stitcher).
