FormLeaf converts all the paper forms used in hospitals in the USA into electronic forms that can be accessed, completed, signed and forwarded via ipads or android devices.

The company and the product are new. A website has been designed and is being implemented. A brochure is needed to be handed to convention attendees when they stop by our booth during exhibit hours. Attached is the website copy content and design for reference and use.

The target audience is nurses in hospitals that are would welcome a reduction in the amount of paper they have to deal with. The key points of the brochure are iPad/tablet based eForms and increase in productivity/efficiency versus paper forms. Cost savings is also a major factor.
