1. Women ages 20-35 who no longer wish to wear hair extensions anymore, or they simply cannot because their hair has become too weak to support or handle any dies or extensions. This target market is desperately looking for something to save the from having to face the truth. Typically, would live in dense metropolitan area. High School educated, perhaps completed Bachelor’s degree or in progress of. She has spent anywhere from 200-2000 on one trip to the salon to get her desired look. Instant gratification is very important to her. She isn’t going to buy a wig from http://www.wigs.coom because she wants a brand that recognizes her and most of all looks authentic (no lie she’s going to receive Grandmas wig that everyone makes fun of because you can tell it’s a wig from a mile away) She wants an experience engagement, value and most of all not to be “sold to”
2. Women ages 18-30 who have beautiful natural hair but want to change it without damage. This target has not spent thousands at the salon, not because she doesn’t have the money..but because she has either done it before and regretted the damage or knows someone who did. However that doesn’t stop her from screenshotting thousands of Pinterest hair goals saved hoping one day she will get the courage to try something new. She also isn’t going to buy a wig from http://www.wigs.com bc she wouldn’t even know where to begin. She needs inspiration, education and continued guidance.
