We're an upscale micro-salon in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. But we're more than just a salon. We want to change the industry, and then change the world. We believe women deserve equal pay at work, better working conditions, and to be treated with dignity and respect. Our mission is to create salon experiences that allow our clients and stylists to embody this ideal.
Our target demographic is women ages 25-55, college educated, with disposable income at 1.5-2.0 times the national average.

We are artists first and foremost, but you could find us in a board room. We are multi-cultural, but educated. We love rock music, hip-hop and jazz. We are proud to be blue in a red state. We're ready to make some noise.
