Who are you known as?
Demo the Rules
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Demo the Rules is a online video channel that explains how to play board games in plain, easy to understand, FUN/friendly language. We DEMOnstrate how to play board games and DEMOlish the need for unruly rulebooks (bonus points if you can make the pun come across in the logo's design especially the demolish part)
The biggest obstacle to getting new gamers into a game is reading the rules. God, it's terrible. Horrible. So, people play games they know... or games that are super easy to learn and miss out on some of the most amazing gaming experiences out there.
We also have an online store front where we sell games - so we're more than just a video content producer.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

I like that the logo and font could be used separately and yet each individually identifiable. I like the simplicity yet the detail such as the flock of birds. Would prefer last generic display font for my logo
I like the attitude consistency between the font and the image. I love the character, the simplicity (yet details). The color, sparingly used, really pops. What are you doing careful carefu The color, sparingly used, really pops. I also like that the angles have dimension to them - not just flat 2D.
Great use of multiple fronts. All different working together complementary. I also like the character of the display font and the simple yet detailed imagery… Also a very recognizable image. Great design
Love, love, love this! The detailed work and badge feel is amazing… This design is different than the others I've chosen not because I like the others more but because this would be really hard to do well. But if I can get something with this much character, detail, and visual interest , it be a slamdunk !
I'd like the design to use an interesting display front that has character without being overly cursive and hard to read. I also want there to be an image and typography in the logo. The image and typography should work together and/or individually to support a variety of use cases. The logo can be about learning - a wise teacher or, say, wizard, a clever play button (for online learning), an owl with edge, pretty open - and if it can convey the idea of "demolishing the rule book" or "making instructions fun" or "making the rule book redundant, that would be amazing. Priority is to be fun, professional and smart with a logo or learning that also has a "disrupter" feel to it - changing the way rules are taught to new users.
