Toosh Coosh manufactures soft portable booster seats for kids to help them sit up at dinner so now everyone can enjoy family mealtimes! We launched into the market 2yrs ago with rave reviews from parents. It was on this journey that we realised the need to highlight the importance of family mealtimes as many modern day families are struggling to make it happen - so are they becoming a thing of the past? We are also looking at the possibility of a downloadable version of the book to be packaged with our core product the Toosh Coosh - Kids Support Seats making it a unique offering in the market.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We need a book cover designed for "Mealtimes without Mayhem - The Easy to follow, How to Guide book to get your family to eat together. Mealtimes can be hard to manage and a stressful time for many families so are sometimes avoided but with the right advice and support tools mealtimes can become an enjoyable bonding experience with long term benefits. The book is aimed at parents and modern day families to be used as guidebook that gives practical solutions to manage the mayhem at mealtimes. The cover design needs to be fresh, engaging, modern and fun to capture the reality of family mealtimes. The author has provided some photo's of herself to be used as the book represents part of her personal branding. She would like a range of options from the homemaker housewife, corporate mother and even the retro 1950's perfect housewife if possible?
The book is being published by a Canadian company have designed the attached cover before the book was finished however the author feels it does not capture the real essence of her and it also looks too commercial and a bit cheesy. See the attached for more information. The cover will be for a standard size paperback book with specifications to be confirmed.
