Book cover type
Don’t know yet
As designs have come in, I have seen clearly that I want this printed in a square, 6 1/2 inch by 6 1/2 inch format. Now the main question is what image goes on which cover... does an image of her by herself go on the front and the one of us on the back or vice versa? On this issue I'm torn. Also, I like the idea of paw prints being incorporated into the typeface or title. I am imagining this in some ways as a book that is similar to The Little Prince in that its audience will be both children and adults and I want the cover to speak to both groups emotionally. Comic Sans may be a good type style although if there is something even better that would be great. Inside the book, the type will be presented in stanzas, not in a regular text format. I am enclosing three photos of LaLa's face and one of the two of us. The colors in the one of us feel like they are key to the design. Thank you in advance for whatever time and creativity you put into offering your design for my consideration. I appreciate it greatly.
