***Update: First and foremost, we want a fun and inviting book design. See, we don't take ourselves too seriously and we hope that our books aren't too serious either. Regarding the cover? Yes, we want it to match our website and car wrap. We also want to repurpose it for a series of 'legal guides,' so it can't reference a specific area of the law? Beyond that? You are free to use your imagination. A stylized desert scape? Sounds great. A cactus in a suit? Yes. Really, we want to have fun with this.
We are looking for a book cover design that emulates the look and feel of our recent design endeavors - namely our website and car wrap - that can be used for a series of legal guides that we are currently publishing. These guides will be offered in both print and e-book formats to potential clients free of charge. We would like the cover designed with a 2:3 page proportion and will likely print copies at 6" x 9."
We would like our book cover to be generic with regards to practice area so that we can repurpose it for a series of legal guides across all practice areas. Our main design goal moving forward is continuity in the look and feel of our designs, which is why we are looking for a single cover that requires minimal alteration from one guide to another.
We would like to use similar design elements from our recently designed Wordpress template and our Vehicle Wrap. As previously stated, we do not want this cover to reference a specific practice area, but feel free to reference the firm logo, attorneys images, or Arizona elements in order to make it feel customized.
