BEWARE OF FLIGHT ATTENDANT
Cactus Moloney is a small town journalist, writer, adventure enthusiast, mother, wife, and dog lover. She was raised between the Florida Keys and Southwest, Colorado. Cactus moved her family to the lackadaisical island of Borneo, Southeast Asia, to be a librarian, and later chose to dive into the fast pace city lifestyle of Singapore. She currently splits her time between cooling off in Alaska and warming up in Utah, USA.
Good-natured Service Dog Buster has a secret past that is revealed when he is unexpectedly triggered on a commercial airplane. Trapped in the middle of a vicious mauling, heroine Flight Attendant Carmen Fuentes is forced to make a plan to save the surviving passengers.
Dog lovers, dog haters, people who fly, shelter/rescue dog people and service dog trainers. People who like a bloody thriller and horror novels. A reader who likes to be terrified and learn how scary reality is. BEWARE OF FLIGHT ATTENDANT is a suspenseful literary thriller that blends the rabid dog of Stephen King’s "Cujo," with a portrait of contemporary America, like in Jonathan Franzen's "Freedom."
Book cover type
I vision a open-mouthed growling Pitbull with a shadow airplane across the front with scary writing in capitals BEWARE OF FLIGHT ATTENDANT. I also like the idea of a "beware" caution sign with the title on it. I also have a scene in the book with the flight attendant and the dog looking at one another eye to eye, his bulging from strangulation and hers showing brown-eyed mascaraed terror, only separated by the space between the seat cushions. Buster is a massive silver Pitbull, with white paws and chest, and wears a service dog red vest. I want it to be a dark and frightening cover.
