Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We make STEM puzzles and games that teach logic and critical thinking skills to kids through play. Our target audience is parents aged 25-44 of pre-teen children - core group would be parents of kids aged 6-12.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We'd like a banner ad designed for our newest game, 'Code Master' (Ages 8+). Code Master is a logic game that teaches kids to "think like a computer" - i.e. in a logic based, step by step fashion - a crucial skill needed in preparing a kid specifically for a computer science education.
We'd like the banner ad to be your choice of either 336x280px, 300x250px, or 728x90px.
We'd like for the design to use our Minecraft style product imagery and convey to the viewer the sense of adventure inherent to the game - one of the our messaging lines around the product is "The ultimate coding adventure" and we think it's important to convey that. In Code Master, you have to use your 'guide scroll' to write a program that determines your avatar's path through an exotic world, and pick up crystals along the way to your destination at the 'portal'.
See the attached imagery for some necessary assets and inspiration - I've said that we want to convey the sense of adventure, but please be creative and put your own spin on things without feeling too restricted.
Messaging that has performed well for us around this product: 1. The ultimate coding adventure. 2. Teach your kid to think like a computer. 3. Generally describing Code Master as a "programming logic game".
The ad(s) should be clean and generally un-cluttered - not too busy.
